397MEDIA / WEBSITE INFORMATION

Privacy Policy

Last updated 18 September 2026

This policy explains how 397media handles personal information in connection with its corporate website at 397media.com. This website provides information about our business and a way to contact us.

1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the corporate website only. Campaigns and digital properties that we operate separately may have their own privacy notices explaining their particular activities. This corporate website does not offer a marketing email subscription service.

2. Information we receive

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, message and any company name you choose to provide. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, requested pages and security-related signals. This information helps deliver the website, investigate errors and protect it from abuse.

3. How we use information

We use contact information to read, assess and respond to enquiries, communicate about potential or existing business relationships, and keep appropriate business correspondence. Technical information is used to operate, maintain and secure the website. Information may also be used where necessary to meet applicable obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not sell information submitted through this contact form.

4. Cookies, verification and analytics

The corporate website does not use advertising trackers or non-essential analytics by default. Its fonts are hosted with the site, rather than requested from a third-party font service.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. When verification loads, Cloudflare may process browser, device and network information for this purpose. Our default configuration does not enable Turnstile pre-clearance cookies. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.

If we introduce analytics or change our use of cookies, we will update this policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.

5. Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for hosting, security and delivery of contact-form messages. Cloudflare provides website hosting and security verification. Contact messages are transmitted through our configured email delivery provider and handled by our business email service. These providers receive the information needed to perform their functions.

Information may also be shared where required by applicable law, to address misuse or security issues, or with professional advisers where necessary. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable requirements for international transfers depend on the circumstances and location of the processing.

6. Retention

We keep enquiries and associated correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage the relevant business relationship, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry and subsequent correspondence. Technical logs are subject to the relevant service provider’s retention settings. Information is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls and contact-form abuse prevention. No system or method of transmission is completely secure.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have a right to complain to a relevant privacy authority.

To make a request, contact us using the details below and explain what you would like us to do. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Available rights, exceptions and response requirements depend on applicable law.
